By accessing or using AWO Commander ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AWO Commander is an AI agent management platform that allows you to deploy, orchestrate, and monitor AI agents through a mission-control dashboard. The App provides a local-first interface for interacting with various AI providers.
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys you enter into the App. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The App allows you to enter API keys for third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). You are solely responsible for your use of these services and compliance with their terms. AWO Commander is not responsible for charges incurred through third-party APIs.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores data locally in your browser. You are responsible for backing up your data.
The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of AWO Commander. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission. Content you create using the App remains yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWO Commander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
